Amateur choirs – Song and speech
The collaboration of amateur musicians as song and speech choirs was seen as a central component of the "Babel 2007" project from the outset. Choirs thus play a decisive role in the commission elaborated by Violeta Dinescu. Working closely with the Institut Européen de Chant Choral (INECC) of Luxembourg and Lorraine, the Philharmonie has called into life two choirs in the Greater Region, which will take part in the four performances of this project.
The INECC Luxembourg and the INECC Lorraine will be in charge of organising and training the choirs.
